We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The role requires collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver efficient SAP HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, customize, and implement SAP-HCM modules to meet business needs.
  2. Work with HR and business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
  3. Provide expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
  4. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP HCM functionalities.
  5. Debug and resolve SAP HCM configuration and process-related issues.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation for SAP HCM configurations, processes, and user guides.
  7. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP HCM modules.
  8. Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless system integration.
  9. Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM best practices, updates, and industry trends.
  10. Participate in SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, and enhancements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and functionalities.
  4. SAP ABAP programming for debugging purposes.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  7. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
