AJCreationz is seeking a results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute data-backed digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, while also contributing to SEO strategy. You will work closely with our design and content teams to align creative with business goals and drive performance.

We are not looking for someone to "just run ads."

We're hiring a strategist who understands how to build and scale growth systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Conduct SEO audits, implement on-page SEO strategies, and guide keyword-focused content
• Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B tests, and campaign structure for maximum ROI
• Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and GA4
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Experience optimizing ad creatives, audience targeting, and conversion funnels
• Clear understanding of performance metrics and how to improve them
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in eCommerce or real estate marketing
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
• Background in lead generation, funnel strategy, or retargeting flows
