Overview

FlowVeo is a fast-growing AI & automation agency helping clients unlock efficiency through custom, no-code workflows. We build, maintain, and optimize automations that integrate with CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and custom APIs—saving businesses countless hours every month.

What You'll Do
  • Design & Build: Create end-to-end automation workflows using no-code tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
  • Integrate APIs: Connect web services via REST/SOAP, parse JSON/XML, handle webhooks.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain & Optimize: Monitor running workflows, troubleshoot errors, and continuously improve performance.
  • Document: Produce clear runbooks, API specs, and user-friendly guides for each automation.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: ~1 year hands-on with no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
  • Bonus: Proven projects in GoHighLevel (GHL) automations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Portfolio: Showcase 2–3 automation projects you've built end-to-end.
  • Mindset: Analytical problem solver, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift: 5 PM – 2 AM (PKT), Monday–Friday
  • On-Site Requirement: This role is strictly on-site at our Faisalabad office.
  • Accommodation: If you're based outside Faisalabad, we'll arrange comfortable accommodation near the office.
