Motion Graphics Designer & UI/UX (4+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer & UI/UX Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design, motion graphics, and web animation to deliver visually stunning and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX experiences, incorporating animations to enhance interactivity.

- Develop animated graphics, interactive web elements, and for web and mobile platforms.

- Create and implement motion graphics for promotional content, presentations, and digital media.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality designs.

- Conduct user research to understand behavior and integrate feedback for continuous improvements.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.

- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, animation, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- UI/UX Design Proficiency : Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing interfaces.

- Graphic Design Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for still graphics and assets.

- Motion Design Expertise : Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or equivalent for creating animations.

- Web Animation Knowledge : Familiarity with Lottie, CSS animations, or SVG animations for web-based interactive elements.

- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in motion graphics and at least 5 years in UI/UX design and graphic design.

Education & Certification

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

- Familiarity with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, or other generative design technologies.

- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for 3D content.

- Interest in emerging technologies such as Blockchain or Web3.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

- Knowledge of storyboarding and video editing for content creation.

Soft Skills

- Creative problem-solving with an innovative mindset.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and UI/UX best practices to optimize user engagement.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to adapt to new tools and stay ahead of design trends.
