Roles and Responsibilities
  • The incumbent will be responsible for executing and implementing all activities assigned by Line Manager, AM/DM, and must be able to manage and supervise NMS teams for assigned tasks.
  • Assist AM/DM and Manager effectively in carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, along with augmentation of grid-related equipment.
  • Capable of reading and understanding electrical (control & protection) drawings/schemes as per instructions of immediate superiors.
  • Well-aware of the usage/handling of all essential maintenance tools and testing equipment.
  • Maintain discipline among staff, handle intra-departmental correspondence, and manage internal & external stakeholder relations.
  • Work under pressure and odd hours, especially during grid movements.
  • Follow safety rules and precautions diligently.
  • Possess basic computer skills, including MS Office, and maintain records of all maintenance activities at grids in coordination with line management.
Education

B. Tech/ DAE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.

Post-Qualification Experience

At least 2-3 years in a public sector utility or process industry preferred; other experience holders are encouraged to apply.
