Job Description:

  • Innovation Pipeline Management: Oversee innovation pipelines and idea generation through the GATE process.
  • Scientific Presentations & Proposals: Prepare scientific presentations and proposals for new products.
  • Artwork Development: Coordinate artwork development with internal stakeholders.
  • Market & Data Analysis: Conduct data and market competition analysis using IMS data.
  • Innovation/Pipeline Development: Lead the GATE process for pipeline development, including scientific literature review, product evaluation, and idea generation.
  • Product Development: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely product development and market launch. Lead CFT meetings and track project updates in launch tracker and MS Project.
  • Scientific Literature & Presentation: Review scientific literature and create presentations.
  • Artwork Development: Oversee artwork execution and coordination.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition; prepare business proposals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain BD files and ensure updates.
  • Training & Development: Create presentations and provide training for internal stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Toll Manufacturers Coordination: Work with local toll manufacturers and import partners for product development and launches.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist regulatory teams with technical documentation for timely approvals.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical standards, and company policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development role in a reputed Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical manufacturing company.
  • Medical/scientific literature review and understanding, along with market analysis expertise for pipeline development.
  • Knowledge of DRAP and regulatory processes, including IMS Data/PKPI, Pharmabridge, and Blue Book.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
