About the Role
Devline Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end development across modern web applications. You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and delivering high-performance applications that solve real business challenges.
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, writes clean and maintainable code, and is confident working across the full stack using modern technologies like React, Next.js, SvelteKit, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Python, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship quality features.
  • Guide and mentor junior/mid-level developers on coding best practices and technical design.
  • Own technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed across projects.
  • Optimize performance and scalability on both frontend and backend layers.
  • Manage deployments, monitor application health, and implement DevOps practices using AWS.
  • Write efficient, secure, and testable code using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Tech Stack You'll Work With
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python
Databases: PostgreSQL, Supabase, Prisma ORM
DevOps & Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.), Docker, GitHub Actions
Others: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Redis

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong experience with React and/or Svelte, along with Tailwind CSS.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern backend practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of modern frontend architectures (e.g., SSR, SPA, static generation).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and take responsibility for delivery and quality.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Supabase or Firebase.
  • Familiarity with Python for scripting or backend logic.
  • Knowledge of microservices or serverless architecture.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
