Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lead .NET Developer / Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development skills and proven technical leadership experience to join our growing team. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, hands-on development, and strategic client engagement. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions using .NET Core and Angular, while also supporting DevOps integration, enforcing technical standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Familiarity with WPF is a strong plus, especially for teams working on desktop application components.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development
  • Lead technical initiatives across multiple client projects from design through deployment.
  • Architect, design, and build enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and Angular.
  • Remain hands-on in development, debugging, and troubleshooting across the stack (web and desktop).
  • Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and tooling, including Jenkins, Git, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Own and continuously improve the code review process across the technical team, ensuring coding best practices, code quality, and strict adherence to engineering standards.
Team Management
  • Assign and track tasks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Accurately estimate development efforts and communicate timelines.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, project briefings, and internal sync meetings.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence to support the team and resolve issues quickly.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders.
  • Understand business goals and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and technical decisions to clients and internal teams.
  • Escalate challenges and critical issues promptly to the TPM or relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively propose architectural enhancements, refactoring, and performance optimizations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate valuable innovations into the team workflow.
  • Conduct and participate in business knowledge sessions.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Core Technical Skills
  • Deep expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong experience with Angular (v10+ preferred) for frontend web development.
  • Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Solid understanding of relational database design and SQL performance tuning.
  • Experience with WPF and MVVM architecture is a plus, especially for desktop-focused projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and collaboration on CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, JFrog, and Git is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with technical delivery responsibility.
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, .NET, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
  • Strong ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution and risk awareness.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and plan accordingly.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
