A Good CQC-rated GP Surgery in Wigan (WN4 postcode) is looking to hire a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent basis. The post is for full-time hours across multiple sites. The practice seeks someone with Primary Care/General Practice experience, with daily duties including prescribing medication, medication advice, repeat prescriptions, pharmaceutical queries, medicine optimisation, high-risk drug management audits, and more.

The successful candidate will work across multiple nearby sites within the North West region.

Requirements include:

  1. Registration with GPhC
  2. Completion of the CPPE Pathway
  3. Non-Medical Prescriber status
  4. A passion for Continuing Professional Development

What's on Offer?

  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience and skills)
  • Options for hybrid or remote working
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with years of service)
  • Good CQC rating

The practice utilizes EMIS Web and operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6:30 pm. The team includes Salaried GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and more.
