Job Description:

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, websites, databases, and other tools.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accuracy and regular follow-ups.
• Evaluate the quality of leads by assessing their needs and potential interest in the company's products or services.
• Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and provide detailed insights for conversion.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine lead generation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and KPIs, such as the number of leads generated and conversion rates.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and streamline the sales pipeline.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients for long-term engagement.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Expertise in email marketing and social media outreach.
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
• Knowledge of target industries and relevant demographics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
