Job Description:- Ensure efficient sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Set sales targets and motivate the sales team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share them with the concerned manager.
- Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Monitor and manage attendance of team members.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and think creatively to find solutions.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce.
- Prior experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
