We are now looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who is passionate about engineering elegant web solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  2. Build custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project-specific needs.
  3. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring high-fidelity designs to life.
  4. Implement website optimizations for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  5. Integrate external APIs and services seamlessly within WordPress projects.
  6. Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and mentor junior developers.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges efficiently.
  8. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of professional WordPress development experience.
  2. Strong command over PHP, MySQL, and experience with server-side knowledge.
  3. Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).
  4. Expertise in creating and managing custom post types (CPTs), taxonomies, and WordPress hooks.
  5. Proficient with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  6. Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and building headless WordPress solutions (optional but a plus).
  7. Deep understanding of SEO principles, website accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques.
  8. Familiarity with hosting environments (e.g., WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways) and deployment pipelines.
