Packer And Shipper

As a Packer and Shipper with expertise in Excel, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient packing and shipping of products or materials. You will also utilize your advanced Excel skills to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports. Attention to detail, organization, and time management will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing and shipping: Safely and securely package products or materials for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
2. Inventory management: Utilize Excel to track inventory levels, update stock records, and generate reports to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
3. Shipping coordination: Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics personnel to arrange pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
4. Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipped items, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping manifests.
5. Quality control: Conduct inspections to ensure items are packed correctly, meet quality standards, and are ready for shipment.
6. Excel expertise: Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as data manipulation, formulas, and macros, to streamline inventory management, generate reports, and enhance overall efficiency.
7. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve packing and shipping processes, recommend and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce errors.
8. Health and safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling and packing products, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in packing and shipping, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
3. Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and documentation.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to packing and shipping.

Starting Salary: 35,000 per month for 3 months. After that salary will increase depending on performance.
