DevDimensions is seeking a passionate Associate Software Engineer - Python to become a key player in our innovative team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and scripts.
  • Work on backend development using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers on various projects.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services.
  • Debug and fix issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Python development.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field is required.
  • 1 year of experience in Python development.
  • Basic understanding of Python programming and object-oriented principles.
  • Familiarity with web development using Django or Flask (academic or project experience acceptable).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have (Optional):
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) or Docker is a bonus.
  • Experience with Python scripting for automation or data processing.

Job Type: Full-time [Inhouse]

Job Time: 11 AM - 8 PM

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
