About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team working at the intersection of real estate and AI. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across both backend and frontend stacks, with a passion for building scalable, automated, and intelligent web applications. You'll be working on real-time systems, AI integrations, and innovative tools designed to transform the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Django,
  • Build and consume REST APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration,
  • Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies,
  • Implement scalable backend systems using Python and Node.js,
  • Integrate AI features and chatbot functionality within the platform,
  • Develop cloud-native applications on Azure, with a focus on DevOps and automation,
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript and Python code,
  • Build automations that reduce manual workflows and enhance user experiences,
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ship new features,
  • Communicate clearly in English with team members across time zones,

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with real-world projects,
  • Strong frontend development experience (React, Next.js, TypeScript),
  • Experience building and scaling RESTful APIs,
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases,
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices,
  • Demonstrated experience in automation and AI-driven features,
  • Comfortable working 6 PM to 2 AM PKT, Monday to Friday,

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with AI chatbots, LLMs, or generative AI features,
  • Background in or knowledge of the real estate industry,
  • Prior work on property tech or real estate SaaS platforms,
