Rawalpindi Cantonment, Pakistan Meds Nexus Private Limited Full time

Meds Nexus is looking for a Business Development Analyst who is proficient in English communication skills (North American Accent is preferable) for our Pre-Sales department. It's a salary + allowances + commission-based role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
  2. Converting a lead into a prospective client.
  3. Scheduling Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Team, etc.), and conference calls.
  4. Preparing analysis reports and Meeting Minutes.
  5. Handling other duties as needed or assigned by the Manager.
  6. Managing customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensuring resolution.
  7. Identifying client needs, and responding in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent).
  2. Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones.
  3. Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support.
  4. Available to work during US working hours.

Must-Have:

  1. Fluent communication skills.
  2. International calling & communication experience.
  3. Female is preferable.

Salary Package:

Basic: 50k-65k per month.
