Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist / Amazon Specialist to join our team and manage our presence on ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving product visibility, ensuring account health, and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance performance across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms with a primary focus on Amazon, and additional oversight on eBay and Etsy.
  • Perform NXC (Next Best Conversation) checks, leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Create A+ content to optimize product listings and enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct regular account health checks to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and maintain optimal performance.
  • Track and analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform inventory and marketing decisions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Target products effectively based on size, color, and other relevant attributes to maximize sales.
  • Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
  • Write compelling product descriptions and content to boost product visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, particularly Amazon. (Experience with eBay and Etsy is a plus.)
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and improve performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Experience in marketing analysis, including PPC campaign management.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize product listings to drive sales and ensure compliance with platform standards.
