The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the deployment of SD-WAN solutions, including setting up SLA parameters, load balancing, and key SD-WAN features in a high-availability setup.
  2. Analyse and monitor customer VDOMs for security vulnerabilities and resolve any issues.
  3. Set up FortiAnalyzer reports for multiple sectors, providing insights into the network's health and performance.
  4. Administer FortiManager for configuration management of FortiGate devices.
  5. Ensure that firmware upgrades are completed and maintain general housekeeping for Fortinet devices.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to Fortinet products, including FortiEMS, FortiAuthenticator, and other Fortinet solutions.
  7. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Minimum certification level of NSE4 or equivalent in Fortinet products.
  2. Extensive experience with SD-WAN deployments, including configuration and optimization.
  3. Strong knowledge of FortiGate devices, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiEMS, and FortiAuthenticator.
  4. Proven experience in network troubleshooting and security analysis.
  5. Experience with firmware upgrades and device maintenance.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to manage and oversee multiple sectors' Fortinet solutions.
