Job Description

Hassan & Hussain Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Architect to join our team in Islamabad. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring that all architectural elements are meticulously designed, compliant with regulations, and executed to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional design skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple construction and renovation projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare, review, and confirm key notes for inclusion in architectural plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Incorporate finish materials, their applications, and installation requirements into detailed drawings and plans.
  • Act as a project leader in external meetings, representing the company with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in group discussions, offering informed, creative, and pragmatic solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to review construction progress, quality control, and address any critical issues; produce comprehensive notes, addendums, and assignments of responsibility.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building regulations and standards.
  • Prepare feasibility reports, ensuring the viability of projects from a design and regulatory perspective.
  • Document all meetings with detailed minutes and distribute to relevant team members; keep project binders updated with RFI responses, field directives, and other essential documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pertinent degrees in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with highly reputed organizations in the architectural field.
  • Skills:
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    • Proficient in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, dedicated to delivering excellence.
    • Experienced in both renovation and new construction projects.
    • Confident and effective in leading external team meetings and representing the company's interests.
    • Familiar with all aspects of architectural design, from concept to implementation.
