Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us create dynamic software applications. In this role, He/She will be responsible for writing and testing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  1. Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP or a related field.
  2. Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of relevant experience as a Python Developer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and develop NLP models and algorithms to solve complex problems in natural language understanding and generation.
  2. Design and implement NLP systems for text classification, language understanding, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
  3. Design and implement deep learning systems for tasks such as image, speech recognition, and generative models.
  4. Collaborate with the team to integrate NLP models into other machine learning and AI systems.
  5. Continuously evaluate, improve the performance of the NLP models and improve the performance of the machine learning models.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP, machine learning and computer vision research and technologies.
  7. Design and implement machine learning systems for tasks such as prediction, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with Pre-trained Models such as Bert, Roberta, XL Net, GPT etc.
  2. Strong experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning.
  3. Experience with Python, deep learning framework TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and other machine learning frameworks.
  4. Experience with NLP toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, or CoreNLP.
  5. Experience in customer service, or working with customer service chatbot and dialogue agent, is a plus.
  6. Experience with voice recognition and speech-to-text technologies.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Good communication and collaboration skills.
