  • Generate new business leads and create strategies to increase brand awareness via blogs.
  • Lead execution of marketing projects in collaboration with the sales and resume writing departments.
  • Manage web content and SEO efforts, perform thorough content and SEO audits for opportunity and gap assessment.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights with recommendations for future strategy development.
  • Manage the marketing team.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Job Specification

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Mastery of WordPress, SEO Tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent grammar and writing-with-intent skills.
  • Experience working with American audience/clientele.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior leadership experience; informally mentoring your colleagues counts
  • Prior successes related to copywriting.
  • A portfolio of previous marketing successes. Show me how you grew marketing KPIs and what bottom-line impacts that had.
