This position is for one of our esteemed clients in the international fashion industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to lead the visual identity and design execution across digital and physical brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and artistic expertise, contributing significantly to brand positioning in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution (80%)

  1. Design static and animated assets for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, email marketing, and website (Shopify) banners.
  2. Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  3. Develop in-store branding materials such as posters, displays, and packaging (bags, boxes, cards).
  4. Lead seasonal campaign design for both retail and digital channels.
  5. Maintain and update brand templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and social media teams.

Strategic Brand Development (20%)

  1. Work alongside senior leadership to evolve brand identity and visual language for international markets.
  2. Contribute to campaign ideation for markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  3. Conduct visual research and develop storytelling themes for product launches and seasonal drops.
  4. Provide creative direction for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
  5. Stay updated with global design and fashion trends to position the brand competitively.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  2. 5–8 years of professional experience in a senior design role within a creative or fashion-driven environment.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  4. Demonstrated expertise in:
    1. Designing for social media and performance marketing
    2. UI/UX for web and mobile platforms
    3. Executing integrated creative campaigns
  5. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong visual storytelling capability.
  6. Must share an updated portfolio link (e.g., Behance or personal website) with the application.
  7. Willingness to complete a design task as part of the evaluation process.

  2. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into visual concepts.
