Amazon Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Trainer to join our team at Skilza Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Amazon's operations, policies, and best practices.

• Comprehensive Knowledge of Amazon: Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and updates within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Understanding of Amazon Listing Algorithms (A9 & A10): Optimize product listings to improve search rankings and increase sales.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex concepts, strategies, and instructions to trainees.
• LLC & LTD Company Registration: Guide trainees on the legal aspects of company registration.
• Seller Central Account Creation: Set up and manage Seller Central accounts, including account settings and dashboard navigation.
• Listing Optimization: Maximize visibility and conversions through effective keyword research and compelling product content.
• Content Writing: Craft persuasive and informative product content to convey features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Product Hunting: Identify profitable product opportunities and conduct competitor analysis.
• Product Sourcing: Find reliable suppliers, negotiate deals, and ensure product quality through various sourcing methods.
• Dummy Listing Creation: Demonstrate the creation of dummy listings for training purposes without affecting live listings or violating Amazon's policies.
• PPC Management: Manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns on Amazon Advertising, including campaign setup, keyword optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Amazon Customer Services: Handle customer inquiries, manage returns and refunds, and maintain positive customer feedback.
• A to Z Services: Provide comprehensive guidance on all aspects of selling on Amazon, including account management, listing optimization, advertising, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Extensive knowledge of Amazon's marketplace and operations.
• In-depth understanding of Amazon listing algorithms (A9 & A10) and their impact on product visibility and ranking.
• Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with LLC and LTD company registration processes.
• Proven experience in creating and managing Seller Central accounts.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing product listings for search rankings and conversions.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating persuasive and informative product content.
• Proficiency in product hunting, including identifying profitable opportunities and conducting competitor analysis.
• Experience in product sourcing and supplier management.
• Ability to create dummy listings for training purposes.
• Knowledge of PPC management on Amazon Advertising.
• Understanding of Amazon's customer service processes and best practices.
