Role Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals with a background in DAE or B-Tech Electrical to join our growing engineering team at Bilal Engineering Services in Kharian. This is a full-time on-site role focused on supporting electrical infrastructure projects, installation, maintenance, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be a practical thinker with a solid foundation in electrical systems and a drive for quality work and problem-solving in real-time environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing external electrification projects.
• Assist External Electrification Work including Transformers, DBs, Cable Laying & Termination.
• Estimation of External Electrification Work
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with civil and mechanical teams during integrated site operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project tracking and performance analysis.
• Supervise or support field teams depending on experience level.

Qualifications

• DAE or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering (recognized institute).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in installation, electrification, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, street lighting, power distribution, and site supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Skilled in billing, documentation, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD (2D) and basic testing instruments is a plus.
