Sunwise Solar Energy is hiring motivated Telesales Executives to promote residential and commercial solar systems. You'll be responsible for calling leads, explaining solar benefits, qualifying customers, and scheduling surveys.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Explain solar system advantages & ROI
  • Schedule site visits for qualified leads
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM
  • Meet monthly call & conversion targets
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years telesales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal skills (Urdu & English)
  • Basic understanding of solar energy (training provided)
  • Confident, target-driven & tech-friendly
