Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. The role also involves preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion. The successful candidate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of market research and sales strategy development
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the HR industry is a plus
