Role Description

The SAP Ariba Consultant will oversee end-to-end implementation activities, including analyzing business processes, consulting with clients, managing master data, and ensuring seamless integration. The role involves working closely with global teams to deliver exceptional solutions and helping clients optimize their supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and configure SAP Ariba solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other third-party systems.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior consultants.
• Conduct issue resolution, root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest Ariba features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba consulting with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, and Invoicing.
• Experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ariba Certification(s) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
• Consulting experience and expertise in Master Data management
• Integration of knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Management tools.
• Project management experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
