Corporate Billing Manager

A leading hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Billing Manager who will manage corporate billing, invoicing, and payment tracking. This role involves handling outstanding reports, auditing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with finance teams and corporate partners for payment collections and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Track and manage outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
- Audit invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance teams and corporate partners to ensure payment reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate agreements and financial regulations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate billing, finance, or accounts (healthcare experience preferred).
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
