The Manager Projects will be responsible for managing and supervising the capital projects execution in all relevant aspects of design, costing, planning, control, and construction of projects to deliver commissioned projects on target and within budget.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Project Execution Management - Manage, monitor, control and supervise the Projects execution and management improvement functions including HSE, cost reduction, manpower productivity, and construction quality to enhance business results.
  2. Process Engineering / Design - Apply detailed knowledge of plant production processes, material and energy balances for design modifications needed for project implementation. Prepare/revise process and instrumentation drawings, equipment/layout plans.
  3. Project Detailed Engineering - Provide detailed specifications for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects for tendering, procurement, and contracting. Include electrical drives, cable sizing, piping calculations.
  4. Compliance with Design Safety Standards - Ensure comprehensive compliance with world-class project standards, including safety, environmental, and ergonomic considerations, and manage change and project approvals.
  5. Civil / Construction Management - Oversee all construction activities, check inquiries, comparative statements, and ensure structural design requirements are met during design and execution.
  6. Mechanical Works Management - Check inquiries, manage procurement, fabrication, erection, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring safety and certification standards.
  7. Electrical and Instrumentation - Prepare circuit diagrams, procure and install electrical components, and oversee commissioning.
  8. Project Costing and Planning - Prepare estimations, proposals, and investigate deviations in project plans to implement corrective measures.
  9. Project EHS & Quality - Ensure compliance with EHS standards and quality during project execution, and implement best practices for resource utilization.
  10. Contract Management and Reporting - Manage vendor and contractor performance, and issue monthly progress reports.
  11. Project Commissioning - Ensure timely project handover with all stakeholders, including operating team training and testing.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from PEC/HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management in Process/Food/Pharma industries, preferably in multinational setups.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of SAP and project planning software.
Required Behaviors and Skills
  • Report writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead change and support continuous improvement.
