Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and performance.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing through effective vendor communication and coordination.
  • Utilize machine learning models that analyze 6+ years of historical data and real-time signals globally to forecast demand and supply.
  • Collaborate on logistics operations to ensure accurate and timely transportation, warehousing, and distribution across the US, Middle East, Colombia, and LATAM.
  • Optimize vessel scheduling and shipment routing using AI-powered port congestion analytics and real-time transit predictions to reduce delays.
  • Onboard high-potential suppliers in strategic regions like China, Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea using smart market intelligence reports, conducting RFQs and ensuring compliance with product specifications.
  • Automate inventory alignment with regional demand using AI-driven data analytics to minimize shortages and overstocking, while setting effective reorder points for accessories and peripherals.
  • Coordinate QA inspections with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance across 20+ SKUs.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and researching international shipping and customs requirements, leveraging digital tools to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates (Graduates of 2024 and 2025) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
