Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Calling Agent, located in Karāchi. The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Scoop Solutions' services, and scheduling meetings with the sales team. Additional tasks include maintaining an accurate database of calls made, preparing reports, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities will involve efficient communication, follow-ups with prospects, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling and/or sales
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle rejections
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
