2. Handle all office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and IT equipment.
3. Assist in managing and organizing office events and meetings.
4. Coordinate with various departments regarding administrative tasks.
5. Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
6. Run office errands as required.
7. Monitor and maintain office equipment and report any repairs/maintenance needed.
8. Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
9. Provide support to the management and other staff members as needed.
