We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead the development of cutting-edge web apps from the grounds up. As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for curating and evolving architecture, development and implementation of our web platform as well as managing and mentoring a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable and secure server/serverless hybrid architecture using Supabase, Strapi, ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing agile development team, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and TypeScript.
• Architect and integrate real-time and event-driven features using Supabase's native capabilities (auth, edge functions, real-time DB, vector DB).
• Use Tailwind CSS, MUI, HTML/CSS and JavaScript to create modern, accessible user interfaces.
• Employ tRPC and Zod for end-to-end type safety across the stack.
• Implement and scale LLM-powered apps and RAG pipelines.
• Monitor and enhance application performance using Datadog and Sentry.
• Integrate external services such as Stripe APIs, Amazon APIs, emailing platforms, Google Auth and Analytics APIs.
• Implement DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines and shell scripting for automation.
• Manage version control using Git and Bitbucket, ensuring collaborative and high-quality code delivery.
• Apply architectural principles such as MVVM and clean architecture to enhance codebase maintainability and testing.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in web development with a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, client and server-side technologies.
• 2+ years of proven experience in leading high performance development teams and managing product development lifecycles.
• Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, MUI, Tailwind, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Supabase, backend as a service and serverless architecture principles.
• Experience with self-managed servers like DigitalOcean droplets and services.
• Experience building serverless and edge-function-based apps with Vercel or Cloudflare Workers.
• Familiarity with self-hosted services (e.g., DigitalOcean droplets).
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and AI toolchains.
• Strong background in API integration and third-party services (Amazon, Google, email, analytics).
• Excellent DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, shell scripting, infrastructure as code).
• Solid understanding of MVVM, clean architecture, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating scalable, reliable software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
