Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, growing, and monetizing our digital platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube. This role requires a professional who can combine creativity with data-driven strategy to ensure maximum visibility, audience engagement, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage daily posting schedules, optimize video titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails for higher engagement and visibility.
  • Drive YouTube monetization by ensuring content compliance with platform policies, improving watch time, click-through rates, and retention.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, short-form reels, and promotional material consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage online community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and building viewer loyalty.
  • Identify collaboration, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities to support channel growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing YouTube channels with monetization enabled.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, metadata optimization, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Familiarity with short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and sponsorship management.

Salary

PKR 120,000 per month (depending on experience and proven track record).

Candidates with exceptional experience in YouTube growth and monetization may be offered higher compensation.
