We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer & Developer who excels in both designing intuitive user experiences and implementing them into responsive, accessible front-end interfaces. We are looking for someone who is not only creative in their design approach but also technically strong in front-end technologies.

Prior experience in product-based UI/UX design is a strong advantage. However, if you haven't worked on product design before, a strong enthusiasm for designing and developing digital products is essential. This role requires full ownership of the design lifecycle - from wireframing and prototyping to collaborating on front-end implementation

VIDIZMO products include EnterpriseTube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). VIDIZMO DEMS helps public safety organizations to store, manage, process, and digital evidence, while EnterpriseTube empowers customers to deliver Live as well as On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content as well as perform Video and Audio Analysis using artificial intelligence.

Job Description

  • Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Convert designs into responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, SASS, SCSS, and LESS.
  • Ensure all designs and implementations are compliant with WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, engaging UI/UX solutions.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
  • Continuously improve the product's UI/UX through research, testing, and iteration.

Required Skills
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, SASS, SCSS, and LESS.
  • Proven experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with wireframing and mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Solid understanding of UX best practices and user-centered design principles.
  • Awareness and application of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work on both design and implementation – not just static design delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript will be a plus.
  • Experience working on product design and development
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing & developing both
  • Authorized to Work Legally
