The Job in short

As a Senior Data Specialist you manage and assist in analyzing business data to extract valuable insights, trends, and patterns. You develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Meet the job

  1. You ensure data accuracy and completeness through careful data entry and validation processes. You document data analysis processes and report development procedures for reference and training purposes.
  2. You provide technical support for business intelligence tools and assist in troubleshooting issues.

How about you

  1. You have +4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field;
  2. You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems or similar is preferred but not an excluding factor;
  3. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Role Competencies:

Knowledge & Application

  1. You are an expert working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar platforms and able to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
  2. You have a general understanding of data modeling (e.g., star schema). Understanding of systems such as data warehousing or data lakes solutions and ETL is a plus.
  3. Coding knowledge is not required (although some basic coding is helpful).
  4. You are familiar with data structures of systems such as Smartsheet, Netsuite, Google Sheets/Excel, and others. You have a can-do mentality in building data models in order to connect multiple data sources.
  5. You are data-driven and are able to source, synthesize, and translate disparate forms of data into strategic, actionable insights.

  1. Collaborate with the team to identify and recommend process enhancements to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.
  3.
