A well-established organization in the aviation services industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Station Head to lead and manage its station operations in Quetta.

This leadership role requires strong command over ground handling operations, airline client relationships, financial control, and team management, ensuring smooth and compliant station performance at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day ground operations at the Quetta station.

  • Ensure compliance with airline SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain strong coordination with airport authorities, airlines, and internal teams.

  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the station.

  • Oversee team performance, workforce planning, and staff development.

  • Act as the focal point for all airline and airport-related escalations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation, ground handling, or logistics.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong understanding of airport operations and client service delivery.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Resident of Quetta or willing to relocate.
