TopSpot is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales-oriented industry, with excellent English communication skills. As a Sales Developer/Representative, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell company services.
  2. Nurture leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
  3. Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate services.
  4. Communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  5. Provide accurate information to clients regarding services and offers.
  6. Follow up on interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Maintain professionalism when dealing with clients and prospects.
  8. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  9. Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  2. Strong command of English, with excellent communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to make sales calls and convert leads into customers.
  4. Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  6. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  9. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in the IT & Digital Marketing industry is a plus.
  2. Additional language skills are a bonus, but strong English proficiency is essential.
