xLoop is hiring: Head of AI Engineering

We're looking for a Head of AI Engineering who will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Data platforms. You will lead a talented team of engineers, and software developers to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions for enterprise and product-based applications.

What You'll Do

-Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and data platforms.

-Architect scalable systems using Azure AI and Google AI ecosystems.

-Partner with product and business teams to translate complex challenges into AI solutions.

-Mentor and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers and data professionals.

-Establish and enforce AI engineering best practices across the organization.

-Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

-Ensure ethical AI development, model fairness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

What We're Looking For

-7+ years of experience building and leading AI/ML and data engineering platforms.

-Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI tools and platforms.

-Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native services (Dataflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, etc.).

-Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle, and production-grade deployment.

-Demonstrated leadership in building cross-functional, agile engineering teams.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Bonus: Experience in real-time AI applications, generative AI, or NLP.
