Description:

The Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in our transition from outsourced IT to an in-house team. They will collaborate closely with our development and software engineering teams to update software, debug issues, and ensure seamless user experiences. Their skills should span both front-end and back-end technologies and include experience with CRM systems and API integration. Experience with WordPress and a creative mindset will be highly advantageous in this role.

Responsibility:
  • Develop front-end website architecture and back-end website applications.
  • Design user interactions on web pages.
  • Develop and maintain our suite of WordPress websites.
  • Create servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  • Participate in the integration, consolidation, and design of our CRM systems.
  • Facilitate the linking of APIs to connect different software platforms.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the development team to design and launch new features.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization.
  • Understand and implement security and data protection.
  • Conducting regular system tests and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
  • Contribute creative ideas for system and process improvements.
  • Taking the lead on projects, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
  • Demonstrable experience with API integration.
  • Experience with WordPress development.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTTP, JSON, AJAX.
  • Familiarity with REST and RPC APIs.
  • Comfort with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
  • An understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
