Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML - Fresh Graduates

Devsinc is seeking a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning projects, contributing to the development and enhancement of intelligent applications that address real-world problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management and optimization.
  • Implement data structures and algorithms to improve application performance.
  • Solve analytical and logical problems to enhance system efficiency.
  • Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models and algorithms to extract insights from data.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to prepare data, analyze results, and improve model accuracy.
  • Implement machine learning solutions and optimize their performance.
  • Test and validate models against datasets, ensuring high quality standards.
  • Document processes, findings, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java, and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
