Job Identification

We are seeking a Health and Safety Engineer to join our Supply Chain team in Lahore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HSE factory management system, ensuring compliance with CCI & TCCC requirements.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of HSE management systems, providing regular updates to management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate HSE measures, involving employees and management.
  • Control hazards through appropriate measures, updating risk assessments periodically.
  • Maintain inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring proper levels and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislations and maintain ISO certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Lead HSE projects and cultural programs within the factory.
  • Provide technical support to plant departments on safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure operational equipment and machinery meet safety standards and comply with EOSH policies.
  • Oversee third-party contractor compliance with EOSH policies and safety standards.
  • Participate in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment committee meetings.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze trends, and develop action plans.
  • Develop and conduct EOSH training programs for staff and management.
  • Adhere to HSE policies and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications
