We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of residential projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
  2. Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
  3. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project.
  4. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
  5. Supervise the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed accurately.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise.
  7. Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working on residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
