Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and introduce our services/products.
  2. Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to close deals.
  3. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  4. Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion:
  5. Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and convert them into paying customers.
  6. Address customer concerns, provide detailed product/service information, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  7. Client Relationship Management:
  8. Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  9. Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  10. Provide updates on proposals, project timelines, and any other relevant client communications.
  11. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  12. Accurately document all interactions, sales progress, and client feedback in the CRM system.
  13. Provide regular updates on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities for business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales calling, telemarketing, or a related field.
  2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  3. Persuasive & Target-Driven: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  4. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic email communication.
  6. Professional & Customer-Focused: Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
