- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to maintain good working relationships and promote positive public relations with staff and the community.
- Responsible for future outlook planning for the area.
- Maintain office records efficiently.
- Prepare donation statements, manage office expenditures, and oversee budgets.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

- Minimum of three years of office environment experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Willing to undertake additional tasks and learn new skills.
