Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing daily treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash flows, and supporting the company's financial objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management:

1. Monitor and manage company's daily cash position.
2. Execute daily cash reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
3. Maintain and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow projections.

Bank Relationships:

1. Liaise with banks for daily operational needs and maintain strong working relationships.
2. Manage bank accounts, including opening, closing, and maintenance of accounts.
3. Ensure compliance with banking covenants and agreements.

Treasury Operations:

1. Monitor and execute foreign exchange transactions.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement:

1. Continuously evaluate and improve treasury processes and systems.
2. Implement best practices in treasury management.
3. Participate in treasury-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
2. 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of treasury operations.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. Experience with treasury management systems and ERP software.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
