Sage Freight is one of the fastest-growing logistics and freight companies in the United States. With a focus on innovation, measurable impact, and scalable solutions, we are currently migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce and Revenova to support our next phase of growth. We're expanding our global team and are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator based in Pakistan to join our team.

Position Summary:

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our system migration and long-term Salesforce strategy. In the short term, you will support our data migration from HubSpot to Salesforce and Revenova. Long term, you will become the key Salesforce expert for the team, supporting sales and account management by maintaining data integrity, creating reports and dashboards, and implementing new business processes in Salesforce and Revenova.

Initial Phase-Migration Support:

  • Support the migration of CRM and operational data from HubSpot to Salesforce and Revenova.
  • Assist in validating and cleansing data to ensure a successful migration.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and the internal RevOps team to meet project deadlines.
  • Serve as the internal Salesforce and Revenova admin, supporting Sales, Account Management, and RevOps.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, workflows, permissions, and profiles.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to sales and account management KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency across Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Work cross-functionally to support training, documentation, and adoption across teams.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, features, and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with data migration projects (HubSpot to Salesforce migration experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (and ideally experience with logistics CRMs such as Revenova or similar).
  • Proficient in building and customizing reports, dashboards, and automations.
  • Experience maintaining data integrity and managing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related platforms.
  • Prior experience working with international teams or in a remote-first environment.
