The TeamThe Quality Engineering team collaborates with technology and business functions to deliver quality products through software testing and quality assurance, continuously enhancing customer success. The team operates globally, making independent decisions on architecture, design, and rapid development of high-quality products.
Responsibilities And Impact- Ensure smooth project delivery from a QA perspective within Agile/Scrum frameworks, supporting project scoping, design reviews, test planning, and documentation.
- Analyze requirements to align testing strategies with risk-based approaches, mitigating risks throughout project phases.
- Monitor and execute automated test suites, identifying gaps and issues to improve testing reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites using test automation tools.
- Support QA governance, including testing processes, data management, and metrics to improve team performance.
- Perform risk analysis for features and projects, providing mitigation strategies and escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders for issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure high product quality.
- Proficiency with SDLC and testing techniques in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience leading testing projects, mentoring teams, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to partner across functions and globally.
- Good SQL and database querying skills.
- Experience extending test automation frameworks and working with LeanFT, SOAP, POSTMAN, REST, and API testing tools like Rest Assured.
- Familiarity with source control tools (GIT, TFS, SVN), BDD practices, cloud technologies (AWS), micro-services, containers, and performance testing tools (HP LoadRunner, JMeter) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
