
Executive Corporate Business Support

Job Purpose:
- The position will support corporate back-office tasks and support to corporate commercial teams for pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resource will focus on survey, prepare BOM and BoQ finalization
- Handle Team time to time
- intra Interdepartmental coordination
- Actively monitor KPIs, vendor performance, and Routine Activities
- Maintain & update existing databases
- Check Corporate Feasibility (Pre Sales), Design and implement solutions (In Sales) and troubleshoot the network (Post Sales)
- Actively engage Regional teams along with vendor for CM and PM activities
- Strategic planning for Customer experience management and service quality improvement
- Publish Dashboards and reports Automate the Reports
Education:
- BS in Electrical engineering/Computer science from a reputable University.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Skillset:
- Any Certification CCNA, CCNP, or Huawei/juniper certifications
- Good knowledge of Telecom Transport / IP Networks
- Basic Knowledge of Fiber and MW network
- MS Office / Visio Databases
- Communication Skills
- Presentation & Negotiation
- Problem Solving
- Analytical Skills
- Auto CAD experience
- DICT experience
- Hands on experience on CCTV services, Managed Wi-fi, Switch/router configuration
- Configurations for DVR, NVR, CCTV, APs, Datacom Devices, Controller etc
- Strong analytical skills & mathematical background in statistics (Mean, Variance SD, Correlation, etc
- Good Data visualization skills.
- Good Experience in databases.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge in VBA scripting/macro programming to automate excel-based report
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of field activities including CM and PM
