At Advanced Datalytics, we're building the next generation of AI-driven solutions that power intelligent automation, decision support, and customer experience across enterprise ecosystems. We're looking for a Python Developer who is passionate about AI, machine learning, and agent-based architectures to join our growing engineering team.

What you'll do:
  1. Build and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting autonomously using LLMs and transformer-based architectures.
  2. Develop scalable backend services in Python to support conversational agents and real-time inference systems.
  3. Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain to train, fine-tune, and serve models.
  4. Implement pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training/deployment using cloud-native tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and DevOps to design, build, and optimize AI solutions.
  6. Deploy models using AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, ensuring robustness, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Must have Skills:
  1. Strong command of Python and experience in building production-grade systems.
  2. Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI.
  3. Experience working with AI agent frameworks or autonomous reasoning systems is a major plus.
  4. Knowledge of containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
  5. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a strong advantage.
